【Purpose】 To support overseas Chinese and international students in securing employment in Taiwan after graduation, NSYSU has established the "Career and Employment Hub for International Students" in 2025. The hub aims to strengthen career counseling and employment assistance mechanisms. To assist overseas Chinese and international students in clarifying their future career paths, we have invited Mr. Jarryl Huang, Senior Human Resources Specialist at Lite-On Technology Corporation, to share valuable insights on career exploration. In addition, limited one-on-one career counseling sessions will be offered. This initiative aims to guide NSYSU overseas Chinese and international students in identifying their personal career directions, gaining a deeper understanding of diverse options in further studies and employment, and mastering key job-search strategies, thereby enhancing their career planning and employability competitiveness.
【Speaker】Mr. Jarryl Huang, Senior Human Resources Specialist, LITEON Technology Corporation. Previously served as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at IBM and Cathay Life Insurance. He also runs a YouTube channel focused on HR topics, Super Jarryl.
