Conditionally admitted students must mail or deliver the Admission Acceptance Form and required documents to the Office of International Affairs at Room 1006 of Administration Building by 30 June 2014.

Students who have not confirmed by deadline will be regarded as to forfeit their conditional admitted status, and the admission will be given to applicants on the waiting list.
